Ainna Jewelry Lifetime Warranty
At Ainna, we take pride in crafting high-quality jewelry designed to last. That’s why every Ainna piece comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and tarnishing.
What’s Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Tarnishing under normal wear
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Excessive wear and tear
- Mishandling or lack of proper care
- Exposure to harsh environments or chemicals
Accidents, misuse, or use with non-Ainna products
Warranty Service
If you believe your piece has a defect, contact our support team at ainnaofficialservice@gmail.com. Upon inspection and approval, we will:
- Repair the item using new or refurbished components, or
- Replace it with an identical or equivalent item, or
- Refund all or part of your purchase, at our discretion
Please note: Ainna must receive the defective item before any repair, replacement, or refund can be issued. Replacements do not carry over the warranty from the original item.
Important Care Notes
While our jewelry is designed for durability, to extend its life we recommend:
- Avoiding exposure to pools, hot tubs, salt water, and harsh chemicals (e.g., silver polish)
- Removing your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or exercising
Failure to follow care instructions may void your warranty.

This warranty is in place of all other warranties, express or implied. Where such disclaimers are not permitted, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this warranty. Ainna is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
